what do you do with elementals?

Elemental what? Builds? Runes? Weapons? Spells? Thingimabobs?

they are the elemantal things you get from the collectors. I have 2 ice elementals, 1 fire elemental, and 2 holy ones

Oh... artifacts? You equip them in your off-hand to increase energy.

Or sell 'em, because the collectors never give you good ones.
